GENERAL INFORMATION
MedBank Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit volunteer organization formed in 1992 to assist the uninsured in obtaining prescription medications free-of-charge from pharmaceutical companies. The organization works with citizens who reside in Chatham, Bryan, and Effingham Counties, Georgia.
Referrals are accepted from physicians, hospitals, and social service agencies. No self-referrals are accepted.
